Ok, folks, as you are reading this newsletter post, we would like you to put both feet planted on the floor, sit erect, straighten your spine, shoulders back, belly open, close your eyes, take a deep breath through your nose.

Do you feel as if things are chaotic? What was true yesterday, is not true today? That you are not even sure what truth is anymore? We all are learning to navigate change

We are indeed feeling the rapid evolutionary shift of great change particularly in our own back yard (so to speak).

We are in trying times of upheaval and change where we may feel our actions have little impact in the world. And yet with each step of our journey we are making choices and each small choice makes a difference in the grander scheme of things.

I have been contemplating the death of Rafiki, a Mountain Gorilla of Uganda. Rafiki carried the energy of a place and time on our planet, much like Cecil the Lion of Zimbabwe in 2016, and his death is a wake up call for humanity.
